What do i do if?

what do i do if a girl i like is in my martial arts class and everytime we talk she would always smile and laugh. (topics are mostly school, martial arts, food, travel, and movies) I even noticed that everytime when I talked to her, she would always be holding/hugging something or having her hands pinned to something. I believe that she is trying not to play with her hair. But I'm very bad at judgment. Although we dont see each other very much, for some reason I still like her and I dont know if its the way back too. We've also been friends ever since we went to a tournament together along with the martial arts team. But I am also shy if you guys answer to ask her out. So what do I do? Note: I am very confused about this. Any guidence?

shyness is a major problem of mine too. give it a shot. martial arts should teach you self confidence. complement her technique or kata. next time a martial art movie comes out tell her how excited you are to see it. ask her if she wants to see it also. you could also try to get a group to go so its not really a date, but you get to interact with her on a more social level.

Reply:you should ask her out in a casual way.no big deal.brush out your shyness.what possibly can go wrong.seems like she is doing all the girly things that speak to you.obviously she is never going to ask you out ,simply that's not the way it works.just be yourself,be naturally spontaneous,avoid formulas,she is reading you back,and she likes you...you know that.try something like;
