Do Hollywood movies and TV stereotypically emphasize women's strength only through sexuality?

When you see so-called "strong" female lead characters in Hollywood movies and TV shows, doesn't it seem like it's almost always through their sexuality?

Even when a woman is depicted as being intelligent, quick-thinking, or having some sort of special skill (e.g. martial arts), in the end it always has to tie into her looks or ability to influence men?

Would you like to see more lead female roles where the sexuality aspect is downplayed or non-existent in favor of highlighting other strengths?

Do Hollywood movies and TV stereotypically emphasize women's strength only through sexuality?
No. Then you would lose the hetero male audience.
